Only 1 application will need submitted per household

Application fee is $35.00 and must be made payable to the property

A criminal background release will need signed by anyone over the age of 18, as well as an agency disclosure

Applicant will need to submit: a copy of their Drivers license (all applicants over the age of 18) and all proofs of verifiable income (1 month worth)

The application can be mailed with payment or dropped off to the appropriate office Diamond North or Diamond South.
